My name is Michael David Harms, the founder of Tenor Publications LLC. I discovered my desire to help other people succeed as a Warrant Officer in the United States Army. As a technical and tactical advisor, I often found myself in foreign places, consulting on a variety of issues that required the sharpest leadership and communication skills. 

 

As an AH-64D Apache helicopter pilot and Aviation Mission Survivability Officer, I focused specifically on the preservation of combat power-our people, our aircraft, and our equipment. No matter the threat, we exploited the best ways to fight, survive, and win. This proved to be quite difficult. It forced me to consider all variables to find the ways that maximized results and minimized loss. This mindset, year after year, is what propelled me to understand the gravity of purpose and accountability.

After two decades of service, my career path was clear. As much as I enjoyed my time serving in the military, I needed to find a new outlet to serve others. I needed to find a way to preserve and transfer the valuable lessons I learned to other people want it. And I needed to do it my way to achieve it.

Establishing this company is how I did it. By creating a quality publishing company that offers tailored consulting and speaking services, I can continue the work that I had grown to love. ​It is my sincerest prayer that you find the right ways to achieve your goals.
